The construction site on Adolf-Oesterheld-Straße in the conveniently located industrial estate is seven football pitches in size. From the building application to the completion of the site, including roadways, green areas, fencing and gates, Hagedorn takes care of everything itself. The future tenant was quickly found in the form of an online retailer, allowing Hagedorn to take individual wishes into account, such as preparatory measures for e-mobility.
