Special prize at the 53rd German Association of Municipal Enterprises (VDBUM) large seminar

At the 53rd VDBUM major seminar in Willingen, the Hagedorn Group achieved outstanding success: the company received the ‘Trainee Special Prize’ for the innovative project ‘Trainee Construction Site’. This prize was awarded by VDBUM, an organisation dedicated to promoting expertise and innovation in the construction and furniture technology industry.

ominic Höfel, who is responsible for Hagedorn's trainee construction sites, attended the award ceremony together with four trainees and managing director Ralf Voßhenrich. On stage, they explained the concept of the ‘trainee construction sites’ and emphasised how it helps trainees to receive practical and future-oriented training. It was a moment of great joy and pride for the company, which is so actively involved in promoting young talent.

The commitment to practice-oriented training and the innovative orientation of the group of companies were honoured with this award – a further step on the way to continuing to break new ground in innovative and forward-looking training in the future.
