The spacious flats in our boarding house offer modern interior design with a feel-good factor and furnishings to meet the highest standards. Our boarding house is tailored to the individual needs of our guests and offers the following basic flat facilities:

  • 13 rooms can be booked as single or double rooms
  • Room size: 30.5 square metres
  • Very modern design
  • High-quality box-spring beds
  • Integrated kitchenette with full equipment
  • Lift, corridor work and bathroom design make the boarding house barrier-free
  • Each flat has its own balcony or terrace
  • Communal lounge with roof terrace

Our services

Modern coffee machine in an elegant kitchen

Enjoy absolute privacy in our high-quality flats without sacrificing the comfort of services you are used to from good hotels:

  • Free WIFI: Whether for work or your private pleasure - our WIFI is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge
  • Parking spaces: Our boarding house has plenty of parking spaces, so you can easily park in front of the building at any time. There are no additional costs for parking. A reservation is also not necessary.
  • E-charging station for cars: recharge your batteries for you and your car! Free use during your stay.
  • Communal lounge: Here you will find drinks at a fair price. You are welcome to use our lounge to work or linger.

About us

Under the motto modern and sustainable, we, the Hagedorn Group, introduced the innovative concept of the Hagedorn Boardinghouse not too long ago. On almost 970 square metres, you will find modern accommodation that resembles private flats but offers hotel-like services. The boarding house is Hagedorn's response to the growth of the group of companies and the associated deployment of employees throughout Germany. Comfortable and inexpensive flats are provided for familiarisation, training or construction site assignments in the region - but external persons can also make use of our accommodation and are very welcome.

Temporary living: Whether for private or business purposes, alone or with another person, for a week or a year - we offer you attractive long-term conditions.

  • Getting there by bus: You can easily reach the Hagedorn Boardinghouse from the city centre by bus (lines 87 and 95). The journey from the main railway station to the boarding house takes just 8 minutes.
  • Directions from the motorway: From the A2 Hanover / Dortmund motorway, you can take the Gütersloh exit and reach the boarding house within 10 minutes.
  • Travelling from the airport: The closest airports are Paderborn-Lippstadt and Dortmund. From Dortmund, it's a 50-minute drive to the boarding house or a 1.25-hour train journey to Gütersloh main station. From Paderborn-Lippstadt airport, it's a 45-minute drive to the boarding house or a 2-hour train journey to Gütersloh main station.
